These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dazzle Dance Experience website and the booking of our services. By accessing our website or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:

"You", "your" refers to the customer or person making a booking
"Services" refers to any dance experience, event, class, or session provided by us
"Event" refers to any dance party, hen do, corporate session, community class, or bespoke booking arranged with us
"Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation of our services
3. Bookings
3.1 How to Book
Bookings can be made via our website enquiry form or by emailing us at ceriannwilliams3@gmail.com . A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us and any required deposit or payment has been received.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate, including group size, event date, venue details, and any special requirements. We accept no liability for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
3.3 Group Size
Our events can accommodate groups of 5 to 50 people. Please notify us as soon as possible if your group size changes significantly after booking, as this may affect pricing and logistics.
3.4 Age
Our services are primarily designed for adults aged 18 and over unless otherwise specified. For mixed-age bookings, please contact us in advance to discuss suitability.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
Our pricing is as follows:
Community/public dance events: from £10 per person
Hen parties and private bookings: from £25 per person (may include prosecco or refreshments as specified)
Corporate events and team bonding: from £25 per person or bespoke pricing
All prices are stated in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4.2 Deposits
For private and bespoke bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
4.3 Full Payment
Full payment is required prior to the event date, as specified in your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received by the agreed deadline.
4.4 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. We do not store your card or payment details.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation by You

Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing ceriannwilliams3@gmail.com .
5.2 Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate date changes subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event may be treated as a cancellation.
5.3 Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative date. We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result of our cancellation (for example, venue hire or travel costs).
5.4 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing our services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, accidents, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.
6. Conduct at Events
6.1 Participant Behaviour
All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards our staff and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove any individual from an event without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.
6.2 Alcohol
Certain events include prosecco or refreshments as part of the package. We ask all participants to drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be excessively intoxicated.
6.3 Health and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring that you and your group are physically able to participate in the activities booked. If you or any member of your group has a health condition, injury, disability, or mobility requirement, please inform us in advance so we can make appropriate adjustments.
We are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss suffered during an event, except where this results from our negligence.
6.4 Venue Rules
When we deliver services at a third-party venue, you and your group must comply with the venue's own rules and policies. Any damage caused to the venue by you or your group is your responsibility.
7. Health, Safety, and Participation
7.1 Participation at Own Risk
Dance and physical activity carry a degree of inherent risk. By booking and attending our events, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.
7.2 Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any medical conditions, physical limitations, or injuries prior to the event. We offer inclusive, mixed-ability sessions and will do our best to accommodate all participants, but we cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose relevant information.
7.3 Inclusive Participation
We are committed to delivering inclusive, accessible experiences. We offer adaptations for wheelchair users, those with limited mobility, and mixed-ability groups. Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and social media channels — including text, images, videos, choreography, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Dazzle Dance Experience. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.
